Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Because our jewelry is handcrafted, occasional repairs may be needed over time.
If your piece breaks due to craftsmanship within 30 days, contact us. We will review and may offer repair at no cost.
Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered under returns but may qualify for a paid repair service.
Are custom orders returnable?

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Country Rose Studio is not responsible for lost return shipments..

Are all items eligible for return?

Custom or personalized pieces
Made-to-order items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Sale or discounted items
Market purchases (see below)
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item:
Complete a return (if eligible).
Place a new order separately.

All in-person market sales are final.
